Hello the purpose of this video series is to demonstrate how to add and manage content on a CFAES Drupal 7 website this video can be watched in whole or in parts and can be referred back to as needed in the future for reference. As with any kind of documentation this video was made to be accurate on the day of its recording and there may have been changes and additions to our environment since then. Different websites can have optional modules and modifications done to them that may create differences as well. This video series is meant to show the basics and the website you're editing may have some minor differences within it. Please reach out to the IT Help Desk if you need any further help or questions after this video. When you visit a CFAES college website you may or may not find a login link for that website in the footer. If there is no login link you will just need to go to the address bar and at the end of the url add "/user" to the url. For instance if the address of your site is cfaes.osu.edu to log in you would go to "cfaes.osu.edu/user". On this page you will see a large button for logging in with your OSU name.number. In most cases you will click this button and use your OSU credentials to log in. If you have been given other credentials for this website, click the link titled "i don't have an osu name.number" in order to expose a login form. If successfully logged in your profile page should be visible to you. It will have your username as the title, usually your osu email address. A number of tabs below the username include View Edit and File Browser and a black admin toolbar across the top of the website. If the black bar or tabs are not present, then you have not been given edit access to this website and you will need to contact the help desk. To access this profile page in the future click your username in the top right of the admin bar this is also where you will find a button to log out.
